6:00 - 6:30 Free Mini Breema Sessions
6:30 - 7:30 Instruction in Bodywork and Self Breema
7:30 - 8:00 Free Mini Breema Sessions
Moment after moment we exist unseparated from all life. But do we know that? Do we actually experience this interrelatedness? What is the relationship between consciousness and the body?
Breema approaches the process of self-discovery through the body. The aim of Breema is to bring us to a tangible experience of presence that becomes the foundation for a new dimension of consciousness.
Based on the 'Nine Principles of Harmony' and through partner bodywork and movement exercises, Breema helps us to organize inwardly, supporting a simultaneous receptive and active posture toward life. With a dynamic approach to physical mental and emotional health, Breema offers a practice of learning and interacting directly, rooted in the experience of life itself.
Come join Denise Berezonsky and me for an evening of free Breema Bodywork and Self Breema and mini bodywork sessions.
With the support of Denise Berezonsky from the Breema Center in Oakland, we will be presenting a free introduction to Breema Bodywork and Self Breema exercises. At the very core of the practice is a simple commonsense approach to becoming more present in our bodies and lives. As we cultivate presence in our daily lives, this can benefit our health, state of mind, satisfaction in life, relationships with others, our work-life as well as questions of deeper meaning and purpose of our life.
The method is body work and Self Breema exercises combined with the Principles of Breema, which is very relaxing, nurturing and benefits all functions of the body, mind and feelings. Whether you are seeking a meditation class, a mindful exercise class or just an hour away from the hustle and bustle of your life, Breema and Self Breema offer a simple practical method that can meet what you are looking for.
In addition to the free introductory class, Denise and I will be giving free mini Breema sessions which you are welcome to both receive and watch. Please RSVP in advance to schedule sessions and to let us know you are coming. For more information about Breema in Morgan Hill, visit my web page at www.eileensendrey.com or call 408-892-2820.
