Breema approaches the process of self-discovery through the body. The aim of Breema is to bring us to a tangible experience of presence that becomes the foundation for a new dimension of consciousness.

Based on the 'Nine Principles of Harmony' and through partner bodywork and movement exercises, Breema helps us to organize inwardly, supporting a simultaneous receptive and active posture toward life. With a dynamic approach to physical mental and emotional health, Breema offers a practice of learning and interacting directly, rooted in the experience of life itself.

At the very core of the practice is a simple commonsense approach to becoming more present in our bodies and lives. As we cultivate presence in our daily lives, this can benefit our health, state of mind, satisfaction in life, relationships with others, our work-life as well as questions of deeper meaning and purpose of our life. Self Breema Exercises

Self Breema Class is an opportunity for cultivating presence and connection to the body which can extend beyond the classroom into your whole life. The exercises use the relaxed weight of the body, fluid (sometimes slow, sometimes vigorous and playful) movements and repeated returning to body mind connection. It is sometimes described as bodywork for your own body. A Self Breema practice can increase a sense of ease, flexibility vitality and strength in the body. Additionally, working with the principles of Breema help us become more present in our body and life as well as help us understand the fundamental basis for health.
